Shipping Rate

Malaysia:
Postage for Peninsular Malaysia is RM7 (every additional set at RM1 each);
Sabah/sarawak at RM10 (every additional set at RM2 each).
Free shipping for purchase above RM80 in a single order - only for Malaysia addresses.

 

International Shipping Rate

Free international shipping for purchase above US$40 in a single order - 2 to 6 weeks delivery.

Delivery Timetable (previously known as Malaysia/Singapore Pre-Order Timetable)

 

We are retiring our pre-order batches (schedule) as of 1st Aug 2018.
This is due to increase in almost 10x order,
thus we have decided to place order on daily basis - no longer in batches.

All order will be received within:

Malaysia: 2-3 days delivery after payment is confirmed.
International: 2-6 weeks after payment is confirmed.

Singapore*: 9-14 days delivery after payment is confirmed.
International*: 2-6 weeks delivery after payment is confirmed.

 


If your order batch is not listed here, it means that we have sent them out ^-^
If you have yet receive your parcel (and your batch is not listed here), kindly
1) Check your email (Inbox/Spam); or
2) Login your account, under "My Account" - check invoice status.


* Please allow extra 1-2 weeks delivery time if there's any long public holidays in Malaysia or China.


- If you needed your parcel earlier than stated in our estimated date, kindly consult our customer service.
We will check if the dates are possible for us to deliver your parcel before that.


Ready Stock
Malaysia - Ready stock will be posted on next working day after payment confirmed.
After that, it will take Poslaju 2-3 days to be delivered :)
