Return & Exchange Policy

A. Refund(s)
- All refunds in shop credit


1. Out of stock / Missed out order
i) Full refund (including postage) will be made via shop credit to affected customer(s)' account at our website. Customer will be able to use it upon checkout for next purchase. No cash refunds.

2. No Refunds / Exchanges for:

i) Discolouration due to customer's neglect during washing and handling swimsuits. Discolouration can be caused by bleaching and washing with detergent/washing powder, washing in water above 30 Celcius, and/or washing with washing machine.

ii) Parcel went missing after sent out via Poslaju. We will not be held responsible after parcel is posted to customer. However, we will try our best to assist in tracing the parcel.

iii) If customers have given us an undelivered address or contact number and causing the parcel to be rejected, or parcel is returned due to not collected by customer, we will not be responsible on resending the parcel to customer. Customer will have to pay the additional shipping fees for resending the parcel.
We will inform the customer by email of any returned parcel. Parcel that is unclaimed after 10 days from the email sent will be disposed and not claimable anymore.

iv) READY STOCK designs are not entitled for any exchange/returns for all reasons (loose thread(s), discolouration, dirt, size not fitting OR design change, etc). All swimsuits will be checked for torn defect before posted to customers.

v) Accessories and Floaties are not entitled for any exchange or returns. Any defect will be replaced with the same design after it's returned to us.

vi) ALL S size swimsuits are not entitled for exchanges! Please take note of the small cutting before you make any purchase for S sizes. If you are unsure of size selection, please contact us for assistance ;)


B. Return(s)
* Any items returned to us without consulting our sales team beforehand will not be entertained.

* All returned parcels MUST HAVE PARCEL TRACKING number to ensure that you are able to trace your parcel location in case if it goes missing. We will NOT be held responsible if parcel went missing before we signed receipt.
