Q1: What does Pre-Order stands for?
SummerAffaire.com is a Pre-Order based online boutique.
Pre-Order simply means that we do not have ready stocks. All items require about 14-21days to reach your place. Please only place your orders if you can wait for it :)
In certain cases when the stock is no longer available from our supplier, we will inform you for full refund (shop credit).
Pre-order Schedule: Closing on Mondays (11.00pm) and Thursdays (11.00pm)

Q2: Is there any minimum order?
There is no minimum order.

Q3: Is the measurements stated accurate?
Measurements stated are for your reference, there might be a difference of 1-3cm with the real item.

Q4: What is the shipping cost?

Q5: Does SummerAffaire.com deliver items to international addresses?
Yes but kindly contact us at sales@summeraffaire.com for a product invoice calculated with shipping cost.

Q6: Does SummerAffaire.com has any showroom or retail outlet?
Unfortunately, we do not have any showroom or retail outlet. We are only operating online from Malacca :)

Q7: What is reward points and how can I use it?
We reward you reward points with every purchase you've made. The more you purchase, the more cash points you get! This is a way for us to say "thank you" to our customers!
Accumulated credit points can be used during purchase checkout (at Step 2).

Q8: Does SummerAffaire.com offers Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method?
Unfortunately, we do not offer COD payment method anymore due to transportation problem.

Q9: Why is my stock out of stock after waiting for 3weeks?
Unfortunately, there will be 5% chances in every batch that will have out of stock cases. We will only find this out when we receives the parcel from our China warehouse.
In such cases, we will inform affected orders through emails for refund (shop credit) OR exchange.

Q10: Why are the prices different compared to other sellers?
Price difference is mainly due to production from different factories - all our swimsuits are imported from China with one of the best quality controlled factory in swimsuit production. Do note that there can be more than 10 different factories producing the same design with different quality and material used.

How do we ensure that we have the best quality for the price you paid? We have staff in China who handles all quality check before parcel is posted to us.

Q11: Why is the colour for the modelled and real item different?
In cases where there is two different colour shade for model picture and real item in the website - for the correct colour, please follow the colour shown on real item picture (if available at website) - as model picture are usually affected by natural sunlight which may cause it to have slightly different colour shades.

Q2: What kind of payment options does SummerAffaire.com offer ?
We offer a variety of payment options as below:

After bank-in, please email us at sales@summeraffaire.com with the following details:

1. Order reference no.
2. Your name and contact no.
3. Payment amount and indicate if cash or cheque.
4. Date and time of bank in
5. Cheque number if payment by cheque
6. Payment Method (name of bank)

Please note that we will only process the order after the cheque is cleared or cash is deposited.

METHOD 2: CREDIT CARD / PAYPAL
Online credit card payment via paypal portal (Visa or Mastercard).

Q3: Why was my credit card denied?
PayPal's process for accepting cards is more stringent and complicated. This process helps prevent the use of stolen and unauthorized cards. Since this process is very complex, it does occasionally affect valid cards. The denial of your credit card is not reflective of your credit worthiness. In cases where a valid card fails our system checks, we suggest that you try another credit card in the system.

Q4: Why have I been charged with an extra USD 1?
Standard 1 USD charge is a temporary authorization by PayPal.
To verify that the buyer's credit card or debit card is in good standing, a temporary USD 1.00 charge might appear in buyer's transaction history. The charge appears as 'pending' and is automatically removed after the full amount of the purchase is processed. It may take a few minutes or up to 30 days, depending on the card issuer, for the transaction to be removed and the USD 1.00 to be released to the buyer's card. If the authorization charge remains on the buyer's card after 30 days, we suggest the buyer contact the card issuer.

Q5: Is there any discount if I purchase more?
Currently, the price we gave our customers is the best price we may offer! ^_^
